FREE SHIPPING.  Laguna 500 Watt Pond Heater with Special Fish Food Offer. A Laguna Heater De-Icer for ponds that will maintain a vent hole in the ice at the pond surface for proper exchange of gases. This heater is made to last. It is a rugged, stainless steel with 500 watts. Not made of the typical plastic that was prone to cracking. It has two thermo-sensors that sense water temperature from different locations within the unit. It is superior in freezing temperatures. Safe for plastic or rubber liners and has a highly visible LED light that indicates proper functioning of the unit. The unit has a 22 foot cord with grounded plug. 7-1/2" diameter by 5 inches high.

Options: Can be used with the Aerator Kit or Air Pump that produces bubbles and enhances the prevention of ice formation at the surface. And the use of a GFCI is highly recommended with any electrical device used in the water garden pool.

NOTE:  This pond heater, over 200 Watts,  is highly recommended by Tricker's in the Northern winter climates at latitudes of Chicago, Cleveland, and New York and especially any latitudes North of this line or in areas when winters become severe causing ice buildup on pools.
